Production Plant Manufacturing Coordinator

Overview: To operate equipment used for producing and storing pavers.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of a small, “in-process” maintenance, and ground labor involved in running the paver production line.
• Consistently inspect the quality of Pavers being produced. Removal of any sub-par products.
• Perform routine maintenance such as: greasing bearings, clearing build up and debris around machines, perform regular inspections for wear and tear, and inspect tools for proper upkeep.
• Track daily run logs and counts as well as finished product counts, and material usage.
• Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Other tasks as assigned

Education: GED or High School diploma preferred
Experience: 6 months previous experience in an industrial plant setting preferred; On the job training available
Certifications and Licenses: Forklift license preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 60 lbs consistently through the day
Familiarity with hand, power, and air tools.
Experience in mechanical repairs
Must be able to push pull and carry
Must be able to use hands to manipulate tools and materials
Must be able to reach with arms
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to kneel
Must be able to bend and twist
Must be able to see and hear
