Production Punchout Handyman / Tile Contractor Needed – Cincinnati

We are a local real estate investment company looking for a reliable production-style handyman / punchout contractor to help with renovation punch items on our jobs.

We currently have a house in Cincinnati that needs tile, drywall, lighting rough-in, and miscellaneous punchout work completed quickly.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, used to investor/rental renovation work, and can move fast without constant supervision.

We prefer to pay by the item or completed scope, not by the hour. If you are fast and good, you should be able to make good money by completing tasks efficiently.

Current Job Scope:

Tile Work

Tile bathroom floor in a 9x8 bathroom

Tile tub surround from tub to ceiling
Tile bathroom floor in a 4x7 bathroom
Tile shower surround from pan to ceiling
Tile kitchen backsplash
Materials and supplies are already on site
Must be able to prep properly for tile, including cement board / drywall as needed and RedGard waterproofing membrane in wet areas

Drywall

Hang 3–4 sheets of drywall

Mud and finish to Level 3
General drywall patchwork throughout the house

Lighting

Cut holes for 6-inch LED recessed puck lights

One room already has ceiling power and needs lights tied in and jumped
Another room needs wiring run from nearby power to a switch, then to the ceiling lights
Approximately 8 lights per room

Miscellaneous Punch Items

General patching and repairs

Possible kitchen soffit build-out for cabinet install
Possible gas line cap
Other small punchout items as needed

Ideal Person:

Experienced with rental renovation / investor punchout work

Fast, reliable, and production-minded
Comfortable with tile, drywall, light electrical, and general repairs
Has own tools and transportation
Available to start soon
Interested in ongoing work if this job goes well
