Production Supervisor / Field Operations Manager (Bilingual)

We’re looking for an experienced bilingual leader to oversee our field operations and production team. If you’ve successfully managed crews in painting, remodeling, refinishing, restoration, flooring, coatings, or another skilled trade, we’d like to talk with you.

We’re a growing residential and light commercial surface refinishing company specializing in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and other interior surfaces using proprietary systems. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your time will be split between active job sites, our production shop, and coordinating with the office team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead job-site kickoffs, progress visits, and final quality inspections.
• Coach and support technicians while holding them accountable to company standards.
• Identify quality issues early to prevent callbacks.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and production workflow.
• Keep the shop organized, stocked, and ready for upcoming projects.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and office staff to keep projects moving.
• Help improve our systems, processes, and overall production efficiency.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Has at least three years of experience supervising field crews.
• Has experience in painting, construction, remodeling, refinishing, flooring, restoration, coatings, or another related trade.
• Is organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Leads by example and isn’t afraid to coach employees when needed.
• Takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through without constant supervision.
• Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
