PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – HVAC MANUFACTURING

Condustrial is currently seeking an experienced PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – HVAC MANUFACTURING.

The PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – HVAC MANUFACTURING will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of operators, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

D&B is specifically seeking candidates with an HVAC background/knowledge and a valid EPA Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workflow.
• Lead, assign, and monitor production employees and operators.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor product quality and ensure established quality standards are followed.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Train and support employees as needed.
• Communicate production needs, issues, and updates to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production processes.

Qualifications:

Previous production supervision or manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
HVAC knowledge or hands-on HVAC experience required.
EPA Certification required.
Experience leading or supervising a production team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
