PAINT TO LIFE IS LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL EXTERIOR PAINTING CREWS

Paint to Life is a growing residential painting company serving some of Metro Detroit's most desirable communities, including Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Northville, Plymouth, and Novi.

We are currently looking to add 1-2 high-quality exterior painting crews to our subcontractor network for the 2026 season and beyond.

This is NOT a fit for everyone.

We are looking for professional crews that take pride in their work, communicate well, and can consistently deliver a premium customer experience.

IDEAL CREW QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 experienced painters
• Can handle larger residential projects (Large Birmingham/Northville homes)
• Experienced with exterior repaints
• Strong prep skills including pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and spot priming
• Able to replace rotten trim, fascia, corner boards, and other common wood repairs
• Professional spray equipment and ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Pride in cleanliness and jobsite organization

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:

• Crews that disappear mid-project
• Poor communicators
• "Paint and run" operations
• Crews without insurance
• Anyone unwilling to stand behind their work
