Professional Lead Painter (5+ years experience)

About the Role:

We are a local, small painting company looking to add a highly skilled, professional painter to our tight-knit team. Because we are a small business, every team member counts. This is not an entry-level position or a basic prep job. We need a reliable professional who can step onto a job site, work independently, and deliver flawless results.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional residential/commercial painting experience.
Mastery of the Spray Gun: Extensive experience operating airless sprayers (running Titan pumps, dialing in pressure, and maintaining equipment) is a strict requirement. You must be able to spray trim, doors, and exteriors with zero runs or heavy spots.
Professional & Presentable: You must be friendly, polite, and presentable. You will be interacting directly with homeowners and clients, and representing our small business well is an absolute must.
Leadership Skills: Comfortable managing a job site, keeping a timeline on track, and directing a small crew if need be.
Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites across the North Idaho region.
Tools: Must have your own standard hand tools (brushes, knives, caulk guns, etc.). Major equipment and pumps are provided.
