The Handyman Can LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Painter with 2–3 years of professional experience who is also handy with general home repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains a clean workspace, and can communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
-drywall repair and finishing
-Interior and exterior painting (prep, priming, painting).
-Performing general "handyman" tasks as needed, including light electrical, plumbing, tile work, or carpentry.
-Ensuring all tools and job sites are kept clean and organized.
-Providing excellent customer service and clear communication on-site.

Requirements:
-Experience: 2–3 years of professional painting experience.
-Skills: Proficiency in light plumbing, electrical, tiling, or carpentry is highly preferred.
-Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on high ladders.
-Documentation: Must have a valid Social Security card authorized for work.
-Driving: Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
-Communication: Strong conversational English skills.

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (Base pay determined by experience)
