💰 $20–$23/hour to start

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of professional painting experience
Experience painting residential or commercial properties
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Able to complete work on schedule and within budget
Knowledge of proper surface preparation, paint application and safety procedures
Own professional hand tools
Reliable transportation
Valid, active Florida driver’s license
Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Must speak and understand English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting
Select the proper tools and materials
Mix and apply paints, varnishes and sealants
Protect floors, furniture and other exposed surfaces
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company and workplace safety procedures
Complete projects according to company quality standards
NO SUBCONTRACTORS
This is a direct-hire position. Painting contractors/subcontractors need not apply.
