Fort Lauderdale-based General Contractor specializing in luxury residential and commercial construction, is seeking an experienced Project Carpenter / Foreman to join our growing team.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while assisting the Superintendent with the day-to-day execution of high-end residential renovation projects.
Position Responsibilities
Perform and supervise finish carpentry and general carpentry work.
Assist the Superintendent in coordinating daily construction activities.
Complete assigned tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Perform drywall repairs, finishing, and painting as required.
Coordinate with subcontractors and assist in maintaining project schedules.
Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and project management.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential remodeling or custom home construction.
Strong experience in:
Finish Carpentry
Drywall Installation & Repair
Interior & Exterior Painting
Plumbing and Electrical
Ability to read construction drawings and follow project specifications.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and quality focused.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
