Project Coordinator Wanted - Ibarra Group LLC

Ibarra Group LLC, a fabrication and welding company in Chicago, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team!

Pay: $23–$29/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Chicago, IL
What You'll Do:
You'll be the glue between our office, shop, and field teams — keeping projects on track, schedules organized, and communication flowing between clients, contractors, and vendors. You'll help manage project files, submittals, schedules, and reports while supporting our Director of Operations day to day.
A Typical Day Might Include:

Coordinating schedules for welders, fabricators, and field crews
Tracking project progress and flagging delays
Updating project files, RFIs, and change orders
Talking with clients and vendors about order status and updates
Keeping our project management system organized and up to date

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of admin or project coordination experience
Strong organizational skills — you like keeping things in order
Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (AutoCAD/Bluebeam a plus)
Clear communicator, written and verbal
Construction, fabrication, or trades experience is a big plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
