Project Estimator expert on Rough Framing Custom homes is Needed

We are a well known high-end residential framing company seeking experienced, detail-oriented construction Estimator to join our team and grow with the company.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to carefully review architectural plans, specifications, and bid opportunities. Prepare estimates, labor, material, equipment, and schedules. Collaborate with design staff to define scope and generate RFPs.
Prepare proposals, obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing.
Assist with procurement cost tracking, and project administration.
the ideal candidate is a Rough Framing Custom Homes experienced Estimator and project management role.
Estimator will be responsible for shepherding projects from pre-construction logistics and estimation through the entire trajectory of construction. proven ability to manage multiple assignments, projects and priorities.
This is a Full-Time position. compensation package is based on experience and skills.
