PROJECT MANAGER

HIGH END CONTRACTOR LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED, HANDS ON PERSON.

Must have extensive knowledge in the building industry, including framing, trimming, masonry etc.
Must have a van or truck with a complete set of tools.
Must have experience running/oversight multiple jobs.
Must have good communication skills for interfacing with clients and subs.

Responsibilities include;

Job oversite -scheduling subs, inspections, material deliveries. -inspection and quality control of all work.
