Project Manager: Commercial and Multi Family Projects

Detroit-Based construction firm looking for a seasoned Project Manager to manage Commercial and Multi Family Renovation and Tenant build-out projects throughout South Eastern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio. A positive attitude is as important to this position as specific experience, but certainly relevant experience would be highly beneficial to your success in this position. We are looking for an individual capable of independently managing work. The assignment will be based in our NW Detroit Office.

Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

• act as a company representative to both potential and existing clients
• establish / maintain relationships with competitive vendors
• Manage projects through completion with regard to cost efficiency, quality, schedule and client satisfaction

This individual will initially work with and report directly to the President
