Description

Midland Electric is a commercial electrical contractor serving Eastern Washington and North Idaho, specializing in public works and infrastructure projects including water/wastewater treatment plants, street lighting, and municipal facilities.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can run work—not just track it. This role is hands-on, field-connected, and responsible for delivering projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Actually Do

Run electrical projects from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate with field crews, foremen, vendors, and inspectors
Manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, and procurement
Track job costs, change orders, and budgets
Solve problems in real time to keep jobs moving
Communicate clearly between field and office

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing commercial electrical projects
Strong understanding of plans, specs, and jobsite execution
Ability to stay organized and follow through
Clear communication with crews, GCs, and owners
Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership

Bonus:
01 Journeyman License (WA)
Procore experience
Public works / prevailing wage experience
