Local real estate development company seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, and property projects.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the owner to set priorities and provide daily updates
- Coordinate contractors, estimates, materials, permits, and inspections
- Monitor job-site quality, costs, and schedules
- Review plans, scopes of work, and invoices
- Maintain project records
- Make occasional Environmental Court appearances
- Experience in project management, construction, renovation, and real estate
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and building systems
- Knowledge of Memphis and Shelby County codes, permits, and inspections
- Ability to read building plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
