Project Manager / Construction Manager (Korean Speaking)

Ahn Construction Group is a growing construction and development company specializing in high-end residential renovations, additions, and commercial interior projects throughout New York and Long Island.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (Korean/English) Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and schedules
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and building management
• Review drawings, proposals, and project specifications
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare and manage change orders
• Assist with permitting and DOB coordination
• Conduct site visits and maintain quality control
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions quickly
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting

Qualifications Required:

• Fluent in Korean and English
• Authorized to work in the US
• Construction project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and schedules
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software

Preferred:

• Experience with high-end residential renovations
• Experience with commercial buildouts
• NYC / Long Island construction experience
• Knowledge of DOB permitting and inspections
• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Typical compensation range:
$80,000 – $140,000+ depending on experience and qualifications.
