**$65,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience**

HyggeHus is a high-end residential design/build remodeling company serving the Twin Cities. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and custom remodeling projects.

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager / Estimator** who understands residential remodeling and can help move projects from estimate through completion. Estimating is a major part of this role, and **Buildertrend experience is very important**.

## Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed residential remodeling estimates.
• Review plans, scopes, specifications, and site notes.
• Identify missing information, cost risks, schedule concerns, and buildability issues.
• Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Build and manage project budgets.
• Create realistic project schedules that match the estimate, labor needs, lead times, and inspections.
• Use Buildertrend to manage estimates, schedules, budgets, files, and project information.
• Coordinate with ownership, design, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor schedule, costs, profitability, quality, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, scope, quality, and upcoming needs.

## Qualifications

• Experience estimating and/or managing residential remodeling or custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates, not just rough pricing.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Buildertrend experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
