Salary: $35.00 – $52.00 per hour
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale projects, including custom high-end homes, remodels, and additions. This role also supports our management team in pricing and bidding services for general contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects and field crews to clarify scope of work, materials, and scheduling requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on progress and procedures.
• Assist field operations with tracking and documenting change orders.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of information and documentation.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work for subcontractor agreements.
• Participate in hard bids, estimating, and GMP budgeting by soliciting bids and evaluating proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to enhance competitiveness.
• Build and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Enforce all applicable company safety programs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of all phases of custom residential construction, including remodels and additions.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with negotiated bids, hard bids.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Primarily office-based, with weekly site visits to active job locations.
