Project Manager - Restoration & Insurance Reconstruction

Experienced Reconstruction Project Manager $70k-$80/year plus incentive structure

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial insurance restoration projects in the Richmond market. The ideal candidate already has relationships with quality installers and subcontractors, including flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, roofing, and other reconstruction trades.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can manage projects, drive schedules, maintain customer satisfaction, and help build a scalable operation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Restoration or reconstruction background
• Established network of subcontractors/installers
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
