PROJECT MANAGER - SOUTHERN MAINE

PROJECT MANAGER (Southern Maine) – High-end residential construction company in Southern Maine. We offer exceptional benefits and a fun, supportive work environment.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager extensive construction knowledge and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with high demand clients. The pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Some Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with subcontractors, and vendors
• Daily communication with clients across multiple properties
• Collaborate with owner, subcontractors, vendors, customers
• Manage, plan and schedule subcontractors, identify potential issues before they arise
• Manage a crew(s) to ensure proper safety protocols, craftsmanship, and project progression
• Communicate with a range of people including customers, subcontractors, vendors, co-workers, technicians
• Work with different municipalities, know permitting processes

Skills / Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of high end residential construction, subcontractors, etc.
• Strong time and task management skills
• Computer / technology proficiency (**BuilderTrend**, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good people skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Problem solver
