Project Manager
- Assist superintendents with scheduling crews, cranes, deliveries, and subcontractors.
- Track drawings, RFIs, submittals, addenda, and revisions to ensure the field is working off the latest set.
- Support the competent person and safety manager by verifying lift plans, fall protection plans, and daily JHAs.
- Update 3‑week look‑ahead schedules and communicate changes to the GC and field leadership.
- Walk the site with the superintendent, document progress, identify issues early, and help coordinate solutions.
- Communicate with crane companies, trucking, rebar suppliers, and specialty subcontractors.
- Track labor hours, equipment usage, change orders, and small tools budgets.
- Provide updates to the GC and respond to basic information requests.
- Assist in field conflicts, missing materials, sequencing issues, and coordination gaps.
- Ensure daily reports are logged in the required formats for both the GC and SteelBuild.
