Project Manager with Dynasty Restoration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects through completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for: generating leads, promptly running storm damage inspections, identifying damages, generating a scope of work, and meeting with Insurance agents.
Your expertise will drive project success by maintaining clear communication, managing risks, and delivering high-quality results efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader that is passionate about construction management and infrastructure development.

Duties include:

The ability to develop comprehensive project plans including scope and schedule inspections.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution as well as come to an agreed price for total scope of work.

Monitor construction schedules closely ie; adjusting plans proactively to meet deadlines while managing potential delays or issues.

Must be able to climb a ladder multiple times a day to provide storm damage inspections for residential and commercial properties.
Advanced communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously.

Provide one's own transportation to the field every day for inspections on site.
