Project Manager / Estimator

Established custom home building company is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist with project management while preparing accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses

Develop and manage finish schedules, including plumbing fixtures, lighting selections, tile, paint colors, and other material specifications

Order necessary materials

Qualifications:

Experience in construction estimating and/or project management

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and construction management software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Location:

This is an in-person position and is not remote.
