Open Positions in Eugene, Oregon

• Construction / Project Managers ($30-$35/hour DOE, plus Bonuses)
• Experience with insurance-paid water, fire, and storm damage mitigation & restoration projects, including use of Xactimate for estimating and creating scopes of repair
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact with property owners, insurance adjusters, engineers, and permitting agencies.
• Project planning: Define project scopes of repair in Xactimate, budgets, and timelines
• Crew & subcontractor coordination: Manage internal work crews, hire and manage subcontractors, and select and manage suppliers.
• Site management: Visit active job sites to ensure quality of work from internal crews and subcontractors and safety compliance.
• Financial tracking: Monitor project costs, approve invoices, process change orders, and handle project forecasting.
• Understanding of general construction, including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices.
• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Finish Carpenters ($25-$30/hour DOE)
• Cabinetry: Assemble, install, and adjust custom or prefabricated cabinets, vanities, and built-in shelving
• Millwork & Trim: Measure, cut, and install intricate finishes, including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and casing
• Installation: Hang, level and trim doors and windows
• Nice to Have: Wall, ceiling, and roof framing, siding, decks, flooring, staircases, and handrails
• Minimum 5 years of experience

• Painters ($20-$25/hour DOE)
• Perform interior & exterior painting and drywall tasks such as prepping, masking, painting (brush, roll, spray), staining, caulking, drywall cutting, installation, taping, patching, skimming, texturing, and sanding
• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Water Mitigation / Restoration Techs ($20-$25/hour DOE)
• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
• Knowledge of water, fire, and storm damage restoration practices
• Prefer IICRC Water Damage Restoration Tech (WRT) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Other (All Positions)

• MUST pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• MUST have an Oregon Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
• Weekly pay
