🌴 Maintenance Technician – Maui (Full-Time or 4-Day Workweek Option)
Join a trusted local property team serving Maui’s most beautiful communities — Kihei, Kahului, Wailuku, Lahaina, and Kula.
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing quality work the first time. If you’re hands-on, organized, and enjoy variety in your day, this is an excellent opportunity with steady hours, flexibility, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle general maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and handyman repairs.
• Complete unit turnovers, small renovations, and installations — keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather supplies, and communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and management.
• Keep simple records of work performed (we keep it easy — no red tape).

What You Bring

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
