Property Maintenance

Local Real Estate Development and Property Management Company looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Tech to cover our properties in Snohomish County.'

Our office is located in Snohomish, but our properties are all over Snohomish County.

Requirements;
1) Valid Driver License
2) Reliable Vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
3) Basic Tools
4) Property Maintenance Experience
5) Preventative Maintenance Experience
6) Working Cell Phone (cell phone credit given)
7) Basic Computer/App Skills

This position is full time, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4pm, lunch 12:00pm to 12:30pm.
Pay Range is $30 - $38 Hourly DOE

This position is going to require you to take initiative in the care of the properties. Requires understanding of preventative maintenance and what is needed for each building. Ability to create a preventative maintenance schedule on shared drive. Ability to use tenant portal app to see, contact and update work orders promptly. Position does require some landscaping.

On rare occasions, after hour emergency availability may be required, either via phone or in person if urgent. Higher hourly rates apply for after hour emergencies.
