Property Maintenance Foreman

Established property maintenance company looking for a fulltime, skilled, and dependable Foreman/Working Supervisor to help lead day-to-day field operations in the Pinellas County/Tampa Bay area. This is a full-time, mid-level leadership role for someone with strong hands-on experience in non-structural property maintenance, repairs, and jobsite coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who can both work in the field and lead a small crew. You should be comfortable taking direction from ownership, managing jobs efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep projects on schedule. Starting pay is based on experience. Higher pay available quickly for those who show leadership and reliability.

Requirements:

• Commercial or residential property maintenance experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to stay organized and keep others on task
