If you have at least two years maintaining class A multifamily properties as a property maintenance technician, you qualify for a full-time role. Pay range for full-time roles is $28 - $32 per hour plus bonuses, 100% employer paid health and dental, generous PTO hours and more!

Responsibilities

General property maintenance and repairs
Preventative maintenance tasks
Grounds upkeep and property inspections
Responding to maintenance requests
Maintaining a safe and professional environment
Working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment as needed
Basic maintenance skills preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or related fields is a plus
Valid, current Driver's License and insured reliable vehicle
