Property Maintenance Person - French Quarter Apartments (Eugene, Whiteaker)

French Quarter Apartments is a 24-unit community (12 townhomes + 12 flats) on a private courtyard in Eugene's Whiteaker neighborhood. We're hiring a hands-on maintenance person - the person responsible for keeping the property in great shape.

Part-time to start (~20 hrs/week, flexible schedule), room to grow.

What you'd do:

• Hands-on repairs: plumbing fixes, electrical, carpentry, drywall/paint, appliances, fixtures, locks
• Preventive upkeep + regular property walks
• Unit-turn make-readies, common areas and grounds tidiness
• Quick response to tenant maintenance issues
• Coordinate licensed specialty trades (plumbing/electrical/HVAC) when a job is beyond scope

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years hands-on apartment/residential maintenance (or trade background)
• Broad repair skills, works independently, organized
• Reliable, tidy, good with tenants
• Own hand tools + basic power tools, reliable transportation

Pay: $22-$26/hr to start, based on experience.

Possible live-on-site option: reduced-rent or rent-free unit + utilities for defined weekly on-site hours (details on request).
