Property maintenance technician

Immediate opening for Experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience for a Property Management company located in El Cajon.

We are a family-owned business with multiple rental properties looking for a reliable, skilled individual to join our team.
Competitive pay and benefits offered. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with occasional requests for late afternoon and weekend work.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and general repair work at residential properties and shared areas. Tasks include repair and/or replacement of flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, door, lock and hardware repair, carpentry, and general repair work. Assist with property vacancies and new tenant move-ins. Duties and responsibilities may be modified as business needs require.

• Must have 5 years or more experience.
• Must have reliable vehicle, truck preferred and own tools.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
• Professional appearance
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to communicate professionally with tenants.
• Pass a full background check.
