Property Maintenance Technician

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform tenant pre-move-in prep and move out repairs and cleanup
• Handle routine maintenance and upkeep for commercial properties
• Compete general repairs - drywall, fixtures, painting, carpentry, and more

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Some hands-on maintenance/experience in the skilled trades preferred
• Willing to learn, work hard, and show up consistently
• good attitude and a team-first mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
