Property Maintenance Technician

We are a growing, property maintenance firm in the Portland area looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician. We need you to be skilled, motivated, and take pride in the quality of your work. What You’ll Do:

Handle day-to-day maintenance for a portfolio of residential properties: single homes, multifamily, and apartments.
Work on-call after hours.
Manage unit turnovers, work orders, inspections, and ongoing property care.
Prioritize tasks with a smart, safety-first approach: from emergency repairs to preventative upkeep
Build great relationships with residents, vendors, and teammates
What We’re Looking For:

Appfolio Experience is required. Clocking Hours, Marking Jobs Complete, communicating in Appfolio thru your phone via the App are necessary to perform this position.
Experience with Unit Turns from start to finish is mandatory.
General Maintenance Experience: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, appliance installations, any specific areas of expertise are great.
Superb communication skills both internal and forward facing with tenants, owners, and landlords.
Willingness and ability to work on-call after hours.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time well
Interest in long-term property care—not just quick fixes
Bonus: if you’ve got CCB experience or want to grow into remodel or contracting work, we’ve got room for that too with our CCB license
Valid Drivers License, Professional appearance and demeanor, self-directed with minimal supervision, ability to lift 70 pounds.
