PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN - $25–$32.50/HOUR

$25–$32.50/HOUR ($1,000–$1,300/WEEK) — BASED ON EXPERIENCE

FULL-TIME | MILWAUKEE

APM Property Management is hiring a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman to maintain our residential rental properties throughout Milwaukee.

Our properties are primarily duplexes and single-family homes on the North Side of Milwaukee.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Respond to and complete residential maintenance requests
• Perform general repairs and property upkeep
• Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot and perform basic appliance repairs
• Complete apartment/unit turnovers and make-ready work
• Mow lawns and perform seasonal snow removal
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate needed repairs
• Communicate professionally with tenants when completing maintenance work
• Travel between properties throughout Milwaukee

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of handyman, property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or similar experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Able to work independently
• Reliable and dependable
• Willing to travel between Milwaukee properties
