Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman – Residential Buildings

Description:

We are looking for a dependable maintenance technician to handle day-to-day upkeep across several residential properties in Wilmington, DE.
This role focuses on general repairs, unit turnovers, and keeping buildings running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general maintenance requests (doors, outlets, fixtures, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs in units and common areas
• Assist with unit turnovers and basic prep work
• Work alongside management and contractors (plumber, etc.)
• Help keep properties clean, functional, and in good condition

Requirements:

• Experience with general maintenance/handyman work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow direction
• Good communication with tenants and team
• Must have own tools and transportation
