NOW HIRING – Property Maintenance Technician | Central Connecticut ( full or part time)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Property Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance of residential and commercial properties throughout Central Connecticut.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot problems, complete repairs efficiently, and communicate professionally with property managers and tenants.

Responsibilities include:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Drywall repair and painting
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Minor electrical repairs/troubleshooting
• Light carpentry
• Doors, locks, hardware, and fixture repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Apartment turnovers and punch-list work
• Preventative maintenance
• Responding to maintenance requests

• Identifying issues that require a licensed contractor or specialized trade
