PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Up to $27/hour

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – $24-$27/HR – FOUNTAIN VALLEY

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a multi-property hotel operation in Fountain Valley, CA.

PAY: $24-$27/hour DOE

This is a hands-on position for someone who knows their way around general property maintenance and can confidently handle a variety of repairs and preventative maintenance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• General hotel and facility maintenance
• Preventative maintenance of guest rooms and property
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Repairing doors, locks, fixtures, hardware, and other property items
• Painting, patching, drywall, and touch-ups
• Troubleshooting general maintenance issues
• Responding to maintenance requests
• Inspecting rooms and common areas for needed repairs
• Helping keep the properties safe, functional, and guest-ready

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous hotel, apartment, commercial property, facility maintenance, or handyman experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance and repair skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Professional and comfortable working in a hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail

HVAC experience is NOT required.

LOCATION: Fountain Valley, CA
PAY: $24-$27/hour DOE
