Property Maintenance Technician -weekdays only /no on call

We offer a full time- week day property maintenance technician position with no on call. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This position is full time (40 hours) Monday through Friday. We only manage single family dwelling homes, NO APARTMENTS. Most days will consist of making repairs as needed to rentals, move out make ready, and rental remodels. Must have your own tools to complete almost all tasks. You must have reliable transportation to work but you will use our company vans while at work.

Pay range depends on experience and tools owned but our pay is very competitive at $17 to $21 per hour. This is a W-2 position and pays every other week. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays.
