Pay Range: $21.00-$29.00 per hour; on-site housing offered for select positions

The Maintenance Teams ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization.

Apartment Porter located in Anaheim Hills

Jr Maintenance Tech located in Santa Ana
Maintenance Tech located in Lake Forest *housing included
Floating Maintenance Tech located in Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Redondo Beach, and Anaheim
Maintenance Supervisor located in San Juan Capistrano *housing included

Experience/Requirements:

Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)

Required to work on-call duty and weekends
Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred
HVAC experience preferred but not required
CPO preferred but not required

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
