Property Management Maintenance

We are looking for a couple of different property management companies who need experienced maintenance workers with property management experience.

1) Must have own vehicle to drive from property to property. Gas mileage will be compensated. Own hand tools are welcomed but not necessary. This is a potential temporary to hire position. Full time and might possibly have a part time.

2) Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record to drive company vehicle. Own hand tools not required. Must be THC for this particular position.
Both companies require property management experience with light electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing.
