The Position: All Around Pro Handyman, Landscaper, can handle a chainsaw, general maintenance, can trouble shoot, create timelines, budgets must be very organized, keep a schedule for routine tasks. If artistic and have Landscape Design, Food Forest, that is perfect but not required.,

Needs to be Good with working with women as the upper management. No mommy issues, good natured is a must, and the ability to commutate in a peaceful manner when issues arise.

Tasks include develop income streams from the many edibles & ornamental of the flora and fauna here and to help expand on it. Also help finding clients, like selling to landscapers for ornamentals and restaurants for edibles. You will also make a % of the sales.

Working knowledge in web site creation, video short, social media, news letters is a plus but not required.

Skill set to Include:

Carpentry, Electric, Plumbing, Roofing, Gutter, Dry wall, Counter Installations, Upgrades, Repairs, Trouble Shooting,
Landscape Care maintenance and Installation, irrigation, pruning, artistic and a good eye for balance with an artistic flare is perfect.

If you have a good knowledge of local plants and what grows where best in what areas its a help but not required.

(First phase might be more than two days a week, as we have repairs and weekly landscape maintenance)

Must be a self starter, can track hours, create tasks list, materials lists, create timelines & budgets.
A Good communicator, keeps jobs on track and on or under budget. Can send end of the day reports via text as of tasks that got done and est. time they took and send photos.

Perfect if, you take pride in your work, are enthusiastic, go beyond the call of duty, does the needful when needed, enjoys a forest fitness hence being athletic and loves working hard is a good match, fast effective efficient and honest, Loves helping others & good cause loves a purpose driven life!

Having interest in Organic Gardening & Off Grid knowledge, Solar, etc. Alternative Water systems, innovation & all around Survival systems and housing is a plus but not required.

If you can build from the ground up, perfect. We have a two days to start with, if all goes well then we can allocate more hours. Again helping us create income generating and knows the marketing aspects or want to learn, and will take care of it with the sales etc, this will help generate more funds for you and the charity.

Eco friendly whenever possible, part of a charity, so cost effective, think reuse, refurbish and recycling as it helps the environment and our planet.

Shopping at locations like Habitat for humanity, negotiating discounts & communicating to get donations for the project from companies doing renovations is a plus, and doing the needful when needed like odd jobs.

Must have a Clean driving record and a valid drivers license must be absolutely clean for at least five years if any history of addiction.
