Punch Carpenter / Maintenance Tech - $26-$30/hr - Orlando - 2nd Shift

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians / Punch Carpenters for a commercial project in Orlando, FL.

If you're skilled at finishing work, making repairs, and tackling punch lists, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Complete commercial punch list items
Drywall patching and minor repairs
Touch-up carpentry and finishing work
Repair and prepare areas for final inspection
Work independently while maintaining quality workmanship
Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous commercial maintenance, punch carpenter, or finish carpenter experience
Experience with drywall patching and basic carpentry repairs
Must have your own basic hand tools
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation to the jobsite

Schedule:
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:
$26–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Steady Hours

Minimum 2 years of commercial maintenance, punch carpentry, or finish carpentry experience
Ability to read and complete punch lists independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Must be able to work the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
Must be willing to complete criminal background check
