Punch List / Finish Crew Needed – Ongoing Projects

We are local investors renovating residential properties and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented punch-out / finishing crew to handle final-stage work on our properties.

Typical Scope Includes:

• Drywall patching and touch-ups
• Interior paint touch-ups (clean, professional finish required)
• Caulking (trim, tubs, vanities, kitchens, etc.)
• Mortar and minor masonry repairs
• Touch up or fix grout lines
• Minor plumbing fixes (leaks, fixture adjustments, installs)
• Minor electrical fixes (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• Minor siding and exterior touch-ups
• Adjust all doors to close smoothly (no sticking or gaps)
• Tighten and align all handles, knobs, and locks
• Fix loose or separating baseboards/trim
• Ensure windows open, close, and lock properly
• Install or repair missing window screens
• General final punch-out items to bring property to 100%

Requirements:

• Experience with clean, high quality finish work
• Strong attention to detail
• Own tools and equipment
• Reliable crew that shows up and completes jobs on schedule
• Must communicate clearly and consistently
• Ability to identify and fix issues

Important:
Crew must be able to walk the property independently and identify all remaining punch-out items needed to bring the home to a fully finished, market-ready condition.
