Qualified Subcontractors – Multi-Family Renovation & Maintenance

Company is seeking reliable, professional subcontractors to support ongoing apartment maintenance, unit turns, renovations, and capital improvement projects throughout the Denver Metro area.

We are looking for experienced subcontractors in the following trades:
Interior & Exterior Painting
Electrical
HVAC
Flooring (LVP, Carpet, Tile)
Bathroom Remodeling & Repairs
Countertop Installation
Drywall & Texture
Carpentry & Trim
General Maintenance / Handyman Services
Requirements

To qualify, subcontractors must:

Operate as a legitimate business (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship)
Have a valid EIN (Tax ID)
Carry General Liability Insurance (minimum limits may apply)
Hold any required state or local trade licenses
Be able to provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Have reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
Demonstrate quality workmanship and professionalism
Communicate effectively and meet scheduling commitments
Be able to invoice electronically and receive payment by ACH
Pass any required vendor onboarding and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in occupied and vacant multifamily communities
Ability to perform work across multiple properties
Ability to complete projects on schedule with minimal supervision
Capacity to handle recurring work orders or larger renovation projects
