Innovative Electrical & Telecom is seeking Residential and Commercial Journeyman Electricians and Apprentices who refuse to settle for average.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and electrical plans.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Perform work safely and in compliance with the National Electrical Code and all local requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, inspectors, and fellow team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Perform physically demanding work including trenching, lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• New Mexico Journeyman License or registered Apprentice preferred.
• Residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and be coached.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
