🚨 URGENTLY HIRING: QUALITY INSPECTOR III 🚨

📍 Prince George, VA

We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector II & III to join our growing manufacturing team!

This is a senior-level quality position responsible for inspecting and verifying complex mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies to ensure products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.

🔍 What You'll Do:
Perform advanced in-process, final, and pre-shipment inspections
Inspect mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and assembly documentation
Use gauges, measuring devices, and inspection equipment
Identify defects and nonconformances
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Make independent product acceptance/rejection decisions
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
Conduct final quality verification prior to shipment
Help train and support Quality Inspector I & II team members

✅ What We're Looking For:
5+ years of quality inspection, manufacturing, assembly, electromechanical, or related experience required
Visual quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience inspecting complex mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems
Strong blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation skills
Experience with measuring devices, gauges, and inspection equipment
Knowledge of defect identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to make independent quality decisions
