RareField Design/Build Seeks Belts-On Foreman or Lead Carpenter for Custom Poolhouse Build in Redwood City
We have an upcoming project building a ~250sqft ground-up poolhouse including a large deck and custom trellis. This project requires experience with layout, foundations, framing, doors and windows, as well as on-site subcontractor coordination. Familiarity with all aspects of the build is required. Experience respectfully managing a crew of 2-4 crew members is required.

This is a roughly 8-month project starting this fall, with an opportunity for full-time, year-round work for the right candidate, following it's completion.
Schedule: M-F 8-4:30
Pay: $45-55/hr
