Real Estate Company Handyman- Oahu

Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician (Full-Time and/or Part-Time, employee's choice)

At Home Hawaii, a residential real estate sales and property management company, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Handyperson to join our team and provide maintenance services for our clients' properties throughout Oahu.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, including:
Basic carpentry
Drywall and exterior repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Window and screen repairs/replacement
Door and hardware repairs/replacement
Cabinetry repairs/replacement
General property maintenance and troubleshooting

We're looking for a well-rounded "fix-it" professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and pays close attention to detail.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders when necessary
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must currently reside on Oahu and be available for an in-person interview

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-time and/or full-time position available (employee's choice)
Starting pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience & a company contribution into employees IRA account +3yrs. After a 90-day probationary period, and if the employee is in good standing, we can discuss increasing compensation and/or benefits.
