Yard Maintenance/Landscape Position on Oahu for local real estate sales & property management company.

This can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position, employee's choice

At Home Hawaii, a local real estate sales and property management company, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Yard Maintenance Person to join our residential real estate sales & property management team on Oahu.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, multi-talented individual who takes pride in maintaining/beautifying residential landscapes and can work alone. Basic knowledge and experience with general yard maintenance is required, including the safe operation of a supplied lawn mower, string trimmer, blower, and other powered & non-powered yard service equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn and yard maintenance at residential properties throughout Oahu that we are selling or renting.
Mow, edge, trim, weed, prune, blow to maintain landscaping
Plant and care for flowers, plants, and other landscaping
Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
Help keep properties clean, attractive, and well-maintained
Identify and address routine landscape maintenance needs
Perform irrigation repairs when needed

Qualifications

Previous yard maintenance, landscaping, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Positive, professional attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to safely climb a ladder when necessary
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, insured personal vehicle for work-related travel to start, company vehicle maybe provided

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation includes:
Hourly wage, $20 - $25/hr., based on experience. After a 90 day probationary period, we can discuss an increase to compensation and/or benefits.
Vehicle/mileage reimbursement for use of own vehicle
Retirement plan contribution possible after 3 years of employment
