Real Estate Developer seeking CARPENTER / general handyman

Overview

We are a locally owned real estate development company seeking a dependable, experienced handyman / mostly carpenter for ongoing maintenance support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is looking for steady, low-stress, guaranteed income in an interesting work environment.

What the Role Looks Like
40 hours per week
Occasional on-call help for urgent issues (not frequent)
Independent work with clear priorities—no micromanagement

Responsibilities

Carpentry (trim, basic decks, fencing)

Troubleshooting small issues before they become bigger ones
Help keep our spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly
Communicate clearly with management on what’s needed

Someone reliable and consistent
Comfortable working independently and solving problems
Prior experience in skilled trades

Has their own basic tools

Compensation

Negotiable, depending on experience
