Urban Street Ventures has 31 years experience as a Southern California real estate investment company. We are looking for an experienced construction crew / general contractor to handle residential renovation and rehab projects.

We acquire properties throughout Southern California and are looking to establish a relationship with a reliable crew that can take on projects from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a crew experienced in residential rehabs, including:

Interior and exterior renovations

Kitchens and bathrooms
Flooring, drywall, painting and trim
Electrical and plumbing
Roofing and exterior repairs
Windows and doors
HVAC
Framing and structural repairs
Landscaping and cleanup
General property repairs and improvements

Projects will vary in size and scope, from light cosmetic rehabs to more substantial renovations.

The Right Crew

We're looking for a contractor or crew that is:

Experienced with residential investment properties

Reliable and able to meet project deadlines
Able to provide reasonable, competitive pricing
